Administration/Secretarial Officer
Part Time (42 hrs pr ft)
We are seeking a compassionate, experienced, and enthusiastic individual with advanced secretarial and data-base management skills who enjoys being part of a service that supports people at a very difficult time in their lives.
The special person would support a dedicated team of professionals and volunteers who provide bereavement counselling and support to families following the unexpected death of child, and health education to the Victorian community. An understanding of not-for-profit organisations is an advantage.
Candidates must have advanced:
• Access or other Data Base management
• MS Office Suite, website and email management
• Communication within a team environment
Full Salary Packaging is available after 3 months probationary period

Social Worker/Counsellor - Locum Class 3
Part Time 2 Days a week
from 19th May - 15th August (13 weeks)
Location: Malvern
SIDS and Kids Victoria is seeking a Social Worker/Counsellor with experience in the field of bereavement to join its existing team in the provision of outreach support to families whose children (20 weeks gestation to 6 years) have died suddenly and unexpectedly from any cause.
As part of the role in-house training will be available to enable you to provide information and advice to the public on Safe Sleeping issues.
Eligibility for AASW membership and NALAG Grief and Loss Counsellor Accreditation preferred.

Artistic flair required for creating office templates
If you've got creative flair and know how to juggle digital artwork into standard template formats, we'd love to hear from you. We need to unify the look and feel of all of our office documents. Graphic Designers welcome, but your skills must also translate into Microsoft Office back-end templates.
Our style is pretty simple, clean, crisp, bright and modern. We just haven't had the time to put this into every day life here at the office and so we could really do with some help.
The templates that need a face-lift are:
Fax,
Email signatures,
Normal.doc,
Electronic Letterhead &
follow on pages.

Raffles Department
This role is for a mature applicant to work with an existing volunteer in our Malvern office raffle department. The role would be helping our Raffles team to ensure that we meet the requirements of the gaming and bingos act.
The tasks of the role include:
• Opening and sorting raffle mail
• grouping into payment types
• sequentially sorting raffle butts
When we draw the raffle tickets, we must always ensure that the winning ticket is locatable!
We are flexible with hours, but ideally we are looking for someone to help us a couple of days a week.
