Reducing the Risk of SIDS

Whilst there is still no known cause of SIDS, research findings have identified factors that may reduce the Risk of SIDS.

1. Put your baby on the back to sleep.
2. Make sure your baby's head remains uncovered during sleep.
3. Keep your baby in a smoke free enviroment, prior to conception, during & after pregnancy.
