Lullabies aren't the only things you'll need to know to put your baby to sleep...
Sudden and unexpected infant death claims the lives of many babies and young children each year.

SIDS and Kids Safe Sleeping Health Promotion program has been developed in close consultation with researchers and paediatric experts in Australia and overseas.
The program provides parents, caregivers and health professionals with the latest evidence based information about the ways to reduce the risk of SIDS and sleep accidents.
Resources include Safe Sleeping brochures, posters, door hangers, Frequently Asked Question sheet and information for health professionals. These resources are distributed free of charge to the public and distributed to hospitals, antenatal classes, maternal and child health nurses, and doctors.
From 1991 to 2005 the SIDS and Kids Safe Sleeping program has saved the lives of almost 5,000 babies in Australia!
